The assessment identifies a runner’s body biomechanics, running form, mechanical forces, and impacts within different body planes. Scores are then calculated for running economy, elastic exchange, and stride rating respectively. Results are used not only to improve running performance, but also to identify present or potential dysfunctions in biomechanics that inform the creation of tailor-made running or rehabilitation programs
